In the area of ​​Roztocze Szczebrzeszyński there is a rich vegetation, including many thermophilic, rare and protected species, including : daffodil daphne, common ivy, white thighbed, European coarse bug, large-leaved anemone, lungwort, Siberian bellflower, lesser mule, common flax, meadow sage, clematis, hill clover and spider mite, spotted fern syndrome, associated with flowing waters and a group of water lilies and several rush associations. Interesting forest plants include: large-flowered starling, Kashubian buttercup, sweet madder, hairy hairy and hare genera.

Common species include: moth lungwort, herbal lungwort, yellow lungwort, hepatica, spring pea, and perennial.

The bottom of the river valley is occupied by riparian forests and alders with a characteristic and dominant alder stand. The dominant habitat in this area is cultivated meadows, which, despite numerous meliorations, often show a high degree of moisture. Sometimes there are riparian forests and willow bushes, and locally thermophilic sandy grasslands. The most valuable type of forest is alder, which grows in great numbers on the banks of the valley.

The shrub layer is loose, mainly made up of pine, birch and sometimes eared willow undergrowth. The undergrowth layer is dominated by dwarf shrubs: common larch, bog cranberry, bog bilberry, common swamp and herbaceous plants: vaginal woolly and spotted sedge. A developed layer of sphagnum moss is best.
